Join or Create a Team

Choosing Your Level
You tin can participate in the Challenge at one of 3 levels. Your level determines the nutrition rules you lot will follow. The three nutrition levels are:
- Performance—The most restrictive diet list in the WLC. Here are the steps to determine your WLC sleep prescription:

Daily Play and Scoring
